RSS Hugger is site that I came across that you can promote your blog to.

Every month the Top 100 Displayed Blogs are randomly changed to give everyone on the system an opportunity to be displayed.

You have to write a blog post on it otherwise it costs $20 – hence this post, but I thought I’d give it a whirl and see how it goes.
