Creating a website is a skill that will serve you for life so why not take the time to learn it and give yourself the opportunity to save vast web designer fees and change and tweak your web pages without having to rely on someone else all the time?
Finding reliable web developers and freelancers on websites such as rentacoder.com and ifreelance.com can be massively time consuming and costly. Often people find they get mixed results and have to rely on the webmasters to make changes on their terms!
Being a web developer myself I have seen this in action and I try my hardest to give customers an open and honest assessment on their projects and the cost involved. A recent client had spent nearly $16000 with a group of fly-by-night web designers and STILL has no website live on the Internet! I do charge a good amount for my time as it is precious to me but where there is a more reasonable option I will let clients know.
Some high end websites can cost thousands because of the skills and resources you are employing. Google Adwords or Pay per Click (PPC) is a very scary subject for some webmasters. There are plenty of horror stories out there concerning people losing their shirt and more when setting up adwords campaigns, but the fact is if you follow some very basic rules you will be getting highly targetted traffic to your website.
This adwords video tutorial course gives you an overview of the adwords interface as well as how to set up your first campaign, how to work on adwords - without an Internet connection and many other adwords tips!
Turn PLR Products Into An Instant Cash Flow
This is the formula I use to turn PLR products into cash flow. But first, I’ll tell you what most people do and why it doesn’t work.
The average person buys a package of Private Label Rights products and turns around and tries to sell the package “as is.” They quickly find that everyone else is selling the same package and it becomes a price war. The person selling the PLR package at the lowest price gets the orders. There’s very little money in that game.
Here’s how to buy the same PLR package everyone else is buying and turn it into your own personal gold
mine.
1.
Edit it.
This one should be the obvious choice, but very few people do this. PLR stands for Private Label Rights.
That means you can edit the product, put your name on it and voila, you’ve got your very own product to sell with none of the hassle of writing it. You can pump out a product a day using this system.
2.
Package it.
Use it as a bonus for a product you’re already selling. Statistics prove that adding bonuses to sales pages increases your sales. People love free stuff, so add a PLR product as a bonus and increase your sales.
3.
Use it as content.
Some webmasters pull the PLR product apart and use it as content for a website. That’s a great
idea, but add a twist and you’ll monetize it too.
Put each page of the book on a webpage. At the bottom of each webpage place a link to the next page of the book and a link for people to buy the whole book as a download. This
works wonderfully.
After about 10 pages of reading online, people get tired of reading web pages and want the book so they can download it and print it. It’s a lot easier reading a book in paper format than online. So people read a few pages online, decide they like the book and click on your order link.
4.
Break it down into articles.
Another easy way to sell your PLR ebook is breaking it down into a series of articles. Post the articles in article directories with a link in the resource box for people to buy the book and sales will roll in on autopilot.
And here’s the big secret. Buy PLR products that are sold in a limited quantity. You’ll have a head start on the
market and have the advantage of making the most money right out of the gate. And right now you’ve got that chance. But you have to act fast.

New Media Marketing Fun and Games
It has been a manic time since Christmas when I decided to get this project sorted out once and for all..new new media world is launched at last!
OK I always wanted to do something around new media / social media focusing on traffic and promotion and I had been working on it for some time. I had the domain for a while and it was intended to be a book for print which I still intend to do, but an ebook was the obvious initial choice. Videos obviously made the whole experience much easier so I created about 20 of those.
When I was looking for testimonials and feedback I sent a few review copies to Internet Marketers via facebook (I had met them before) which obviously makes things a lot easier - hence..why you should go to Seminars!
When Scott Paton then said he wanted to interview me for his very well known podcast (interview here), I was naturally stoked, but at the same time an idea which had been lurking for quite a while re-surfaced and I asked to interview him as well. I wanted to get a selection of interviews with experts within new media and marketing to really improve the product.
I really started to enjoy the interviews, despite been a bit nervous and unsure initially..and of course what a great way to cement relationships and make contacts - not to mention creating a product!
